Shipping and Returns


How long does it take to deliver my rug?

Deliveries are made Monday – Friday during business hours only. We use TNT to deliver products, and although we can give you an estimated delivery time, please be aware that these times may vary at peak periods. The time taken for the goods to reach you once they are dispatched from our warehouse will also depend on your location. Once payment has been received in full, delivery should be 1-5 working days to all metropolitan areas. Please allow 5-10 working days for deliveries to more remote areas.

Once the products are dispatched from our warehouse you will be notified via email and you will be given a tracking number. This allows you to easily track your order online at TNT Express. Alternatively you can always contact TNT directly on 13 11 50, quote your tracking number and they will be able to give you more accurate tracking information.

 

My tracking number is not working?

If the tracking is not showing up any information, double check you have entered the correct tracking number. At times tracking updates can take 24-48 hours to update accurately, so you may have to allow a little more time. If that does not work, you can contact the customer service team at sales@therugcollection.com.au

 

What if I am not home to accept my delivery?

All rugs require a signature upon delivery. We insure our goods during transit and only up until the rug has been sighted and signed for. Please check your rug before signing to ensure it is the correct rug ordered, and goods have been delivered to you undamaged. If you are not present when the delivery is made, the driver will leave a calling card explaining how to collect or arrange re-delivery.

 

Can you deliver to my PO BOX address?

Most of our goods are delivered by TNT directly to your door and require a signature upon delivery. As such these items cannot be delivered to a PO Box.

 

 

Can I pick up my order?

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pick-ups for any of our products however, in some cases we may be able to arrange a different transport method for special orders. Contact us for more information at sales@therugcollection.com.au

 

Do you ship outside of Australia?

We do ship internationally, but please be aware this will incur a freight/shipping charge. Please email us at sales@therugcollection.com.au to get a quote for shipping orders overseas.
