We endeavour to present the most recent, most accurate, and most reliable information on our website at all times. However, there may be occasions when some of the information featured on shop.therugcollection.com.au may contain incomplete data, typographical errors, or inaccuracies. Any errors are wholly unintentional and we sincerely apologise if erroneous information is reflected in merchandise price, item availability, or in a way that affects your order. Please be aware that we present our content ‘as is’ and make no claims to its accuracy, either expressed or implied. We reserve the right to amend errors or to update product information at any time without prior notice. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to photographical error, typographical error or error in pricing information from our suppliers, The Rug Collection shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. The Rug Collection shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, The Rug Collection shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

 

Availability

We go out of our way to select only quality products. Please understand that our featured items offered are in limited quantities and, because of their limited availability, stock will not and cannot be refreshed. That means once an item is gone, it will be gone for good and not appear on the website again. When an item featured in the Art Series is no longer in stock, we make every attempt to remove that item from the website in a timely manner. Colours

Please be careful in selecting your rug. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our rugs on the website. However, due to monitor discrepancies, we cannot guarantee that your display of colour will be accurate. Should a rug you ordered be slightly different in shade to the rug you have received, we cannot offer an exchange or refund.

 

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Rug Collection Pty Ltd, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and suppliers (collectively the “Service Providers”) from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from any violation of these terms and conditions or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the site using your Internet account.

 

Correspondence

Although we will make every effort to respond quickly to email messages, The Rug Collection is under no obligation to respond to all forms of correspondence received through this site, or to maintain your submitted comments in confidence, or to pay compensation of any kind for your comments or submissions. While we welcome your comments and feedback regarding The Art Series, our merchandise and our services, we do not wish to receive any confidential or proprietary ideas, suggestions, materials, or information via this website or any email connection. Please note that all of your comments, feedback, ideas, suggestions, and other submissions that are disclosed or submitted to the Rug Collection shall become and remain the property of The Rug Collection Pty Ltd. Any such disclosure or submission by you is a declaration of the full release of all proprietary claims and/or intellectual rights regarding your submission. However, we will not use your name in connection with any such materials, information, suggestions, and ideas or comments unless we first obtain your permission or otherwise are required by law to do so.

 

ORDER CONFIRMATION & STATUS

You will receive an order confirmation number at the conclusion of your order process as well as an email that states your order number and an approximate order total. You will then receive another email confirming the transaction is complete, payment has been processed, and goods have been dispatched.

DELIVERY POLICY

Shop.therugcollection.com.au has free delivery Australia wide only. For all International enquiries, please contact us at sales@therugcollection.com.au. Once payment has been received in full, delivery should be 1-5 working days to all metropolitan areas. Please allow 5-10 working days for deliveries to more remote areas.  Goods need to be signed for upon delivery.

 

RETURNS POLICY

All products from the Art Series are unconditionally guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please let us know so we can take care of you. If the incorrect goods or damaged goods are delivered to you, you must notify us at sales@therugcollection.com.au within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange for the incorrect goods to be returned to us, and the correct goods to be dispatched immediately, at no extra cost. We do, however, reserve the right to charge a fee or replacement cost if returned products are damaged or show any signs of use. If you have ordered the incorrect products you will be required to pay any extra charges incurred through freight.

If a refund is to be made, it will be credited back to your original method of payment. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement. Most returns will process in approximately two to three weeks, depending on your method of return.

Please select your rug carefully. We will not offer a refund if you have changed your mind, even if the product is unused and undamaged. Please note that returns will only occur in situations where the incorrect products have been sent. The disclaimer on this website states that photographs of rugs may not be true to colour due to varying monitor settings. We do not offer an exchange or refund for a rug that is a slightly different shade to the colour on your computer monitor. There will always be colour variations in different dye lots and is a natural occurrence in woollen yarns.

We aim to provide you with quality products to satisfy your needs.
